Responsibilities: Serves as an electronic communication leader in elevating the institute’s name brand across the web including search engine optimization; serves as a technical leader in fully implementing and leveraging the institute’s content management systems (CMS); develops and oversees the CMS strategy based on appropriate needs assessment of key audiences, internal stakeholders’ needs, and emerging dynamic market demands; translates and provides counsel to administration on functional and system requirements as well as evolving web experience needs; and provides collaboration and close partnership with the Department of Instructional, Administrative, and Information Technology (IAIT); directly supervises the Web Assistants and the Web Content Manager.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, communications, digital communications, computer science, or related field required; minimum of five years as a business analyst, web architect, or similar experience required; strong working knowledge and experience with content management systems; supervisory experience; demonstrated ability to bring together a diverse group of individuals including content, design, and technical experts to deliver web-based services and solutions in an enterprise environment; excellent ability to analyze and interpret data; excellent written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to work well with others.
