Position Summary
Under general supervision, performs maintenance services and repairs on college facilities and equipment for carpentry, plumbing, drywall, painting, vehicles electrical and security and fire alarm systems.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma and at least one year of related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Work experience with advanced technical training in facility mechanical, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing and minor carpentry systems.
Salary
$8.40 per hour
