Responsible for helping to receive and coordinate puck up of used computer equipment and for pick-up of departmental customer’s equipment on a part-time basis. Provide a high level of customer service and the ability to do some problem solving.
- Help coordinate pick up of departmental customer used equipment and deliver items to designated locations.
- Notify customers and schedule pick-ups of products.
- Help provide back up to Recycling Center Coordinator when needed.
- Prepare and process customer paperwork as directed.
Associate degree and 2 years related experience in retail operations support and/or shipping and receiving; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with word processing, spreadsheets, graphics and database software preferred.
Must have demonstrated customer skills and references, a valid NY state driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
