Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College is a residential state college located in Tifton, Georgia, named one of the best 100 small towns in America. The college offers associate and baccalaureate degrees and has an approximate enrollment of 3300.

The Stafford School of Business is on a new path offering a great education for students who want to own their own businesses, manage their family business, lead economic development in their communities, or have a great general business education for managing businesses in the rural environment.  The Stafford School of Business is breaking ground in the business education world by being led by husband and wife Deans who have built their own global marketing business and now are continuing to influence our next generation of business leaders.

Due to expansion and the offering of a great new and unique baccalaureate degree, Rural Studies Business and Economic Development, the ABAC Stafford School of Business is seeking two qualified applicants for the following position:

Position Title:   Lecturer

Description: The position will be responsible for teaching baccalaureate level classes such as International Business, Leadership and Ethics in Rural Societies, Selling and Negotiating, Family Business Management, Social Media and Business, Business Finance, Small Business Management, and potentially some Core classes such as Environment of Business, Communicating in the Business Environment, Introduction to Business, and Economics.  This position is expected to interact with students helping to build their educational experience and wisdom as well as real world work experiences.  The Deans of the Stafford School of Business have a commitment to assist these lecturers to fulfill their dreams outside of the classroom as well which may lead to unique job opportunities.  The ABAC Stafford School of Business is looking for a two to three year commitment.

Qualifications: MBA required; experience teaching at the collegiate level desired as well as private sector business experience; most importantly a commitment to teaching, service to the students, society, and the college, and a commitment to professional growth and development.  In addition, all applicants must possess strong interpersonal communications skills and demonstrate written and oral competence in English.

Salary:  Commensurate with education and experience
