The position is part of the leadership and management team and has primary responsibility for the client services area, student employment and public relations. This position serves as primary contact for client services prioritization; day to day problem resolution; oversight of consumer information and outreach, including liaison efforts with various departments; participation in internal and external working committees, and coordination of customer service and student employment responsibilities. Candidates will possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and four years of progressively responsible experience in a field related to the functional managerial area which has included at least one year of supervisory experience.
