REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Ph.D.; significant academic administrative experience that must include experience with program development, assessment and experience with the administration or supervision of distance learning courses and workforce development programs; full teaching experience at the post-secondary level.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: Demonstrable experience with faculty development, general education, developmental programs, program and/or institutional accreditation, budget development and administration, strategic planning, collective bargaining agreements, and integration of technology with innovative approaches in education.
