Boston University Student Health Services (SHS) is recruiting a Senior Staff Physician. SHS is a busy unit inclusive of Departments of Medical, Behavioral Medicine, Wellness and Prevention, Sexual Assault Response and Prevention and Athletic Training. Conduct medical visits, both preventive and episodic, for University students who present for care at SHS. Administers appropriate patient education and guidance regarding health behaviors and decisions in a developmentally appropriate manner. Provide clinical supervision, with the Director and other Senior Staff Physician for the clinical staff. Faculty appointment within the Department of Family Medicine or other Primary Care Department at Boston University is expected.

Requires: MD, Board Certified in a Primary Care Specialty and who is committed to providing high quality, evidence-based care to our student population, interest in staff supervision, administration and quality improvement and three to five years of related experience. This positions effective date is July 1, 2013.
