The School of Business at Richard Stockton College of New Jersey invites applications for a full-time tenure track position at the level of assistant or associate professor in the field of business management and strategy beginning September 1, 2013. An earned doctorate in business management or a closely related discipline is required (candidates within one year of completion of the Ph.D. will be considered). The position involves teaching courses in the field of management at the undergraduate and MBA levels such as Business Policies and Strategies, Human Resources, Introduction to Management, Organizational Behavior, Management Skills, and Small Business Management. All Stockton faculty members are required to teach in the general studies program. Candidates are expected to demonstrate capability of teaching excellence and quality research.
