Position Summary
Provides learning activities and support that lead to the achievement of course objectives and contribute to the educational environment of the Lone Star College System and the community. Responsibilities include learning facilitation, personal and professional development, and institutional and community service. Primary functions are to plan, develop, and teach courses within the curriculum in a manner that facilitates student learning.
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in Engineering Technology or related field, or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or Mechanical/Industrial Engineering Technology.
At least 3 years in the respective field.
LSC-Online certification or a commitment to obtain certification within 12 months of employment.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Engineering or Master’s degree with 18 graduate hours in Engineering, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or Mechanical/Industrial Engineering Technology.
Salary
Starting salary is commensurate with educational qualifications and experience.
