Lone Star College-System Office is located in The Woodlands and is the site for several of our administrative departments and system-wide training programs.
Position Summary
The Director of Institutional Effectiveness is responsible for leading, designing, supervising, directing, evaluating, conducting and coordinating all system institutional effectiveness activities for the System, including activities designed to support the System Strategic Plan and efforts related to System-wide effectiveness reporting, accreditation and student success initiatives. The position is responsible for monitoring institutional effectiveness and continuous improvement including regional and professional accreditation; program reviews; learning outcomes assessments; and student satisfactory surveys.
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree or higher
At least 3 years of related work experience in a higher educational setting in the research and institutional effectiveness field.
Preferred Qualifications
Doctorate degree in related field of study
Experience in higher education
Knowledge of PeopleSoft and Compliance Assist
Teaching experience
Salary
Commensurate with education and qualifications.
