Plan and implement the Summer Study Internship Program (SSIP). Review and decide upon all admissions. Oversee Summer Term visiting international students. Perform detailed credential and immigration status reviews. Create and maintain accurate international student records. Maintain, administer, and continuously improve the Access Database for the Summer Study Internship and International program. Manage the financial and administrative aspects of the Summer Study Internship and International budgets. Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Summer Term office; greet students, answer phones, respond to email inquiries, and create and proof the Summer Term catalog, website, and course schedule.
Required Skills:
B.A./B.S., Master's degree preferred, creativity, and attention to detail, knowledge of the academic environment, including standard academic procedures and policies, proficiency in data analysis, knowledge of student visa rules and regulations, and three to five years of experience working specifically with youth or in a higher education setting preferred. Requires some night and weekend hours during the summer.
