The National Director of Outreach and Partnerships is responsible for the support and development of military, corporate and government (veteran) partnerships with a focus on developing the processes, procedures, systems and support which creates meaningful client/decision-maker relationships and the generation and productivity of Education Service Agreements (ESA’s). The National Director of Outreach and Partnerships will also assist the VP in creating and supporting relationships for the Trident University International community that addresses the education and training needs of Military, Corporate and Government entities (including their veteran employees).

The National Director of Outreach and Partnerships also serves as the functional lead, supporting the VP in the development of processes, systems and support for ESA’s with military, corporate and government partners; and will collaborate with Admissions, Marketing, Student Services, Academic Affairs and IT teams to properly support students from sponsoring military corporate and government partners in the process of recruitment, retention, and graduation from Trident University International (TUI). Responsibilities will also include the development of internal systems and processes to support and develop the Outreach and Partnership teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

•Supporting the vision, structure and strategy for all military, corporate and government (veteran) outreach and partnership programs at TUI through the development of internal processes and systems.
•Supports strategy and leads execution for the development of training, procedures, systems and programs to support the Outreach and Partnership team leading to inquiries from potential students by presenting TUI educational programs to military, corporate and government decision makers.
•Supports and conducts outreach activities with the ultimate goal of increasing opportunities for dissemination of information to groups of potential students within a fast paced environment.
•Meets key metrics and deliverables as assigned.
•Stays current with trends and initiatives within the educational industry, gathers and communicates strategic information and recommends marketing changes or modifications, as appropriate to facilitate growth of the military, corporate and government (veteran) ESA’s.
•Provides market analysis and processes to grow the local and national military, corporate and government markets.
•Completes other projects and duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree.
•A minimum of ten (10) years of experience required in sales, marketing.
•Successful implementation of a relevant business development strategy requiring effective contributions from team members.
•Comprehensive organizational experience; Salesforce.com, creation of training programs, and field process and procedures development, and change management.
•Ability to clearly write and articulate positions and rationale for actions.
•Possess excellent presentation skills.
•Ability to be a strategic planner who can identify market opportunities and build relationships and strategies in response to those opportunities.
•Ability to foster collaboration and positive interaction.
•Ability to facilitate constructive problem solving.

Preferred:

•Master’s degree.
•A minimum of five (5) years of experience working with corporate and/or government and/or military outreach, higher education partnerships.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to walk, sit at desk and work on a computer for extended periods of time. He/she will work a standard business workweek in a multi story office building with elevator access. Will work a standard work week but will often involve overtime on weekdays or weekends and will include 75 - 80% overnight travel.
