The Nutrition Department at the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University, invites applications for a full-time, one year, term position beginning mid-August, 2013. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, teaching the comprehensive introductory nutrition course and related laboratory sections. Full time instruction includes the equivalent of 3 course sections in both the fall and spring semesters. PhD in Nutrition preferred, Master's degree in nutrition required. Candidates with previous college teaching experience are preferred.
