Provides administrative management for the Counseling Center's clinical service delivery. Provides clinical consultation to the Counseling Center staff and leadership to the campus community around mental health emergencies. Oversees collection and analysis of data related to clients and clinical services. Participates as a member of the Center's Management Team and may serve as the acting Director in his/her absence. Provides administrative supervision for professional staff. Coordinates clinical services for students with other campus units as well as community mental health providers. May participate as a core member of the Consultation Team along with the Assistant Vice Chancellor, Chief of Police, Legal Counsel, Dean of Students, and Clinical Social Worker. Provides psychotherapy, outreach, teaching, consultation, supervision and crisis response.
Salary: Annual $86,001 - $113,000
Work Schedule: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., M-F
Career position.
Licensed or license eligible as Psychologist in California.
Demonstrated leadership and management skills with minimum of 5 years experience in administrative and supervisory roles.
