Position Summary:
Immigration Legal Analyst prepares employment-based non-immigrant and immigrant petitions/applications with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and the U.S. Department of Labor.
Qualifications:
Qualifications/ Requirements: Must have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of experience with employment-based immigration (H-1B, TN, O-1, PERM, I-140 petitions). Preferred Paralegal Certificate. Must be able to successfully multi-task, in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment, working independently and as a team as necessary. Must be able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally as appropriate for the needs of the audience (clients, governmental agencies, internal and external resources). Excellent computer, interpersonal, organizational, detail oriented and time management skills required. No JDs, LLBs, LLMs, or current/matriculating law students.
