Job Functions
Guides and supports strategic initiatives in collaboration with Lone Star College-University Park senior leadership.
Provides continued guidance for the team-driven vision campaign.
Promotes and supports industry alliance and partnership relations.
Supports initiatives related to careers, leadership, and student success.
Provides executive communications support.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
At least 3 years experience in a business environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Working knowledge of professional development in support of organizational maturity.
Demonstrated ability to conduct needs assessments and design marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to all levels.
Problem solving skills, negotiation skills, facilitation skills, and ability to independently, organize and manage multiple activities effectively.
Computer literacy with modern collaboration tools.
Salary
$19.20 per hour (not to exceed 19.5 hours per week).
