Role and Responsibilities:

The IT Help Desk Support Associate is responsible for providing white glove support to fellow 2torians as a member of the employee facing Help Desk support team.
Administering a hybrid Windows / Mac computing environment utilizing forward looking management technologies and hosted software services.
Providing on site and remote resolution of desktop computing issues, proactively implementing workstation maintenance, and acting as local enforcement for IT security policies.
Supporting internal IT systems, working closely with non-technical partners to accommodate rapidly growing staff and build out of infrastructure.
Assisting in other IT initiatives (inventory, procurement, technology deployments, etc).

Education and Professional Experience:

2 years relevant IT work experience or equivalent, relevant Bachelor’s Degree a plus.
Strong service and teamwork background required. Previous experience working in fast paced, innovative startup environments a strong plus.
Experience with managed office computing technologies: Active Directory, Group Policy, WSUS, license management, workstation imaging.
Experience with office networking: routers, firewalls, switches, WAPs, WiFi security, VLANs, subnets, site to site and client VPN, networked printing, networked security.
Experience with PBX telephone concepts and programming in large call centers: PRI, SIP, VoIP, DID, ACD, IVR, CTI, voicemail, hot desking, remote calling.
Broad experience with web based computing services: Google Apps Premier Edition, Salesforce, support tickets, CMS software, video / audio conferencing, electronic fax.
Proficient desktop troubleshooting skills for PC, Mac, software, and incidental hardware.
