With a primary focus on entrepreneurial thinking, continuous improvement, enrollment growth and learner success, this position oversees key academic operations system-wide as part of a shared services unit. The individual in this position will oversee five key functional areas in addition to a multitude of sub-areas (e.g., course rotations development, textbook ordering/management, assignment of course fees, syllabi management): Program Development and Management; Part-time faculty Recruitment, Hiring, Assignment and Support; Facilitating Faculty Development; Facility Management and Course Creation.
This position also develops and maintains successful, scalable and world-class processes and systems to support all faculty and academic operations. The individual in this position must possess the communication skills necessary to work as part of a shared services unit facilitating academic operations for all community campuses. Key to this position is a focus on creative problem solving, and innovative solutions in order to drive initiatives to completion through existing or new workflows. The individual in this position must possess the communication skills to bring others on board with go-forward plans and enjoy working as part of a team.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in area of assignment and five years of academic operations management experience; or Master’s degree in an applicable field from a regionally accredited institution and three or more years of academic operations management experience or any equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education.
Annual Salary: $60,000.
