As a member of the Office of Information Technology, this programmer position will service Student Affairs and Auxiliary Services which includes Hospitality and Dining Services, Child Care, and the Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs office. As a programmer/analyst, assists with the development, support, maintenance, security and management of the full project life cycle of complex web-based, database driven applications with campus-wide scope. Many projects include the analysis of complex business processes and must be implemented as sophisticated workflow applications. Tasks include documenting and participating in project design and implementation from initial stages to production release. Primary focus will be on developing and maintaining information systems for the UCI department of Student Affairs.
Candidate must be able to communicate clearly with users, analyze and document user requirements, collect security requirements, document workflow, data flow diagrams and business rules. Must code, test debug and maintain multi-user administrative and other database applications in a PHP and .NET environments and be able to work with SQL
Salary: Range $49,272 - $52,000
Work Schedule: 8-5, M-F
