The School of Business at the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey invites applications for a full-time tenure track assistant or associate professor of computer science and information systems beginning September 1, 2013. Applicants with teaching and research interests in any area of either computer science or information systems will be considered. The position involves teaching a broad range of undergraduate courses in Computer Science and Information Systems, with preference to those who desire to teach courses at the introductory and intermediate levels such as programming and problem solving, systems analysis, and data structures. All qualified applicants are encouraged to apply. Experience in obtaining ABET accreditation is a plus. An earned doctorate in computer science, information systems, or a closely related discipline is required (candidates nearing completion of the Ph.D. will be considered). Stockton faculty members are required to teach in general studies. The successful candidate will demonstrate commitment to both teaching excellence and quality research.
