• Significant experience with survey research design and administration;
• Experience with qualitative research design and implementation;
• Superior quantitative, statistical, and analytical skills;
• Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills;
• A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with faculty, senior executives, and other administrative staff; and
• A keen understanding of the academic enterprise within a research university.
The Office of Institutional Research & Testing is a component of the Office of Institutional Effectiveness, reporting to the Provost. The Senior Research and Planning Associates will report to the Associate Director of Institutional Research & Testing. In partnership with others from the office, these individuals will work collaboratively with central administration and college/school staff, as well as faculty, on institutional fact-finding, policy development, and practical implementation teams, committees, and task forces.
Qualifications:
Three to five years of experience and a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant Social Science discipline (statistics, sociology, economics, higher education, etc.) is required, though a Doctorate is preferred. Demonstrated Christian faith is required.
