The Lally School of Management and Technology at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious candidate to work as part of the admissions team of the Lally School as it seeks to develop new markets for recruiting and promote new programs nationally and internationally.
The Assistant Director of MBA and MS Admissions and Enrollment will perform student recruitment and admissions duties which will consist primarily of initiating and responding to prospective MBA or MS student inquires. Emphasis will be placed on increasing awareness of Lally as a business school and on its Masters programs among potential candidates, as well as increasing inquiries, applications, and enrollments of high quality students.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in related field and at least three (3) years of relevant experience in higher education. Additionally, student recruitment experience for undergraduate or graduate school programs, familiarity with MBA programs and admissions, and ability to work with a diverse group of students is essential. The successful candidate will be organized, attentive to details, able to juggle multiple priorities and work independently in a fast- paced environment. Strong writing and public speaking skills are required.
