The Franklin L. Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management, Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver is opening a search for a Director of the School.

REAL ESTATE AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT, Associate or Full Professor and Director

The Franklin L. Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management seeks a Director that will provide expertise, leadership, external contacts, fundraising abilities, and a strategic focus to a school that educates students for professional roles within the region and throughout the world.  Candidates should possess the requisite personal characteristics and professional experience to provide dynamic leadership and strategic vision to the School to create distinction and prominence.  Applicants must have earned a Ph.D. in Real Estate and/or Construction Management, Business or related fields, experience as a Tenured/Tenure Track Professor at an accredited institution of higher education, a current publication record that demonstrates AQ standing for AACSB requirements and a well-established record in research, teaching, and service as appropriate to the level of Full or Associate Professor.
