The Department of Art Education and Crafts at Kutztown University invites applicants for a non-tenured, full time, one semester temporary position, with possibility of renewal, in 4D Design, Time-Based Artforms beginning in Spring 2013. Required: MFA; 3 year teaching experience or equivalent; successful teaching demonstration; and interview. Teaching duties will include 4D Design (Time-Based), Animation, and a section of 2D or 3D Design. All applicants must demonstrate a professional understanding of contemporary 4D Design concepts, digital video technologies, and time-based artforms. Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate experience, affinity, and commitment to working with freshman and sophomore visual arts students.
