Placement Range: $11.12 - $12.23
General Description:
Provide customer service to OCCC students, staff and community regarding student records, readmission processes, document intake and distribution and general information dissemination. Provide continuous and present leadership at the Front Counter that allows our office to continue to increase student services and decrease errors.
Minimum Education/Experience:
Successful completion of some college credit
One year previous full time or part time work experience
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Completion of a college degree from an accredited college
Successful work experience requiring public contact
Ability to communicate with bilingual populations
Knowledge of college admissions, registrations, and records processes
Experience working in college student services
