Required Qualifications: MD degree. Board Certified in Pediatrics. Board Certified in Neonatology. Eligible for medical licensure in New York State.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience directing a research program in Neonatology or experience with graduate medical education.
Responsibilities & Requirements: The Clinical Assistant/Associate Professor will be responsible for the development of teaching, research and patient care programs appropriate to a major university.
Special Notes: This is a non-tenure track position. FLSA Exempt position, not eligible for the overtime provisions of the FLSA. Internal and external search to occur simultaneously. To qualify as an Associate Professor, the candidate must meet the criteria established by the School of Medicine (School of Medicine's Criteria for Appointment, Promotion and Tenure ). **Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
