Lone Star College-Tomball, located north of Houston and founded in 1988, offers a wide range of programs including the college system’s only veterinary technology program and leading health sciences programs.
Position Summary
Serves as liaison between division, campus, and system advising for all workforce programs. Responsible for ensuring advising needs are met for workforce students. Coordinates outreach and retention activities. Assists dean with gathering data for reporting, program reviews and annual report cards.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher.
At least 3 years of related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
At least 1 year of advising experience in higher education.
Knowledge of/experience with Financial Aid.
Salary
Starting salary dependent upon education and experience.
