Position Summary
Provides a high level of coordination of multiple continuing education programs and courses, including career, technical and leisure programs. Provides reports and information on program to internal and external customers/departments. Makes and communicates process decisions on best practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor degree and at least three years Advising/Academic Counseling related work experience.
Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience with People Soft.
Previous experience working at a Texas State Community College or University System.
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Salary
$14.20 per hour (not to exceed 19.5 hours per week)
