Position Summary
Responsible for all admission, advising, and retention strategies for the program to ensure that implementation and prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with project objectives. Encompass the general areas of learning facilitation and organization, academic advising, pre-enrollment advisement, admission practices and processes, and recruitment. Plans and develops methods for implementing the IP-AES, and direct and coordinate program activities. Reviews reports and records of activities and/or changes in methodology, as required, to redirect activities and attain objectives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Human Sciences or related field and at least 3 years in student development or closely related area.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree
Bilingual in Spanish/English strongly preferred.
Experience in TRIO programs.
Salary
$28,968.00 (this is a grant-funded position contigent upon grant funding.)
