Position Summary
Under limited supervision and on own initiative, position performs standard and advanced administrative duties, usually for a senior-level administrator. On own initiative, resolves problems from multiple individuals and customers. May handle sensitive or confidential records. Primarily performs administrative support duties. Requires knowledge of practices/processes of individual(s) or department. Typical duties include receiving visitors/phone calls, read/route incoming mail, provide directions, assist customers, make meeting/travel arrangements, maintain schedules, prepare reports and correspondence using computer software.
Required Qualifications
Associate degree and at least five years of administrative support work experience. Will consider equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
Salary
$11.55 per hour, not to exceed 19.5 hours per week.
