PRINCIPAL

Loreto Kirribilli is a leading Catholic school situated, since 1907, on a beautiful campus overlooking Sydney Harbour.
With an enrolment of approximately 1049 girls from Kindergarten to Year 12, the School is one of seven in Australia directed by the Institute of the Blessed Virgin Mary, also known as the Loreto Sisters.
The Loreto Kirribilli tradition combines a strong program of religious education and celebration, pastoral care, excellent academic outcomes, a wide choice of co-curricular activities and outreach service opportunities supported by talented and experienced staff.
The mission of the School is to provide “a Catholic education which liberates, empowers and motivates students to use their individual gifts with confidence, creativity and generosity in loving and responsible service”.
With the current Principal leaving at the end of 2013 after 15 years of distinguished service, the School Council invites appropriately qualified and experienced candidates to apply for this position.
The successful applicant will demonstrate a track record as an outstanding religious and academic leader with a proven commitment to spiritual formation, academic excellence and the provision of a well-rounded education for girls. The new Principal must also be a visionary leader and a role model with the energy, capacity and resilience to motivate and inspire all members of the School community.
