Job Description:
Respond to telephone, in-person and electronic inquiries providing basic information on established admissions processes, policies, procedures, guidelines, and eligibility requirements. Inform applicants of due dates and deadlines; provide directions on how to complete the application materials. Provide application status regarding missing documents. Data enter transcripts, test scores and other documents into the admissions Banner database system and NOLIJ. Assist with opening the mail.

Requirements:
Minimum of a HS diploma and completion of two years in an accredited post-secondary institution of learning and two years of appropriate experience. Computer skills with an emphasis on data entry required. Quality customer service skills, excellent telephone manner and the ability to work well under pressure are also required. Experience working in a college or university preferred. Experience using Banner and NOLIJ software systems preferred.
Additional Information:
20 hours per week (9 a.m. to 1 p.m. or 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. - Mon to Fri)
Salary-$20.76/hr (87/0)
Temp/Seasonal position expected to last until 5/31/13.
