Job Description:

The Assistant Director will serve as a lead agent on the Admissions Team, managing information, research, and training to assist in achieving enrollment goals for the Women’s College.This position will Implement recruitment strategies, assist counselors by coordinating college fair and travel schedules, and maintain and monitor counselor statistics and weekly reports.  This position will also work with Creative Services to maintain updated admissions information on the University’s website.  The Assistant Director must be able to effectively represent the University and promote admissions efforts to all internal and external audiences.

Requirements:

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree; a master's degree is preferred. Candidates must have a minimum of two years experience in admissions, higher education or similar related experience. A collaborative working style and managerial ability to motivate the alumnae admissions representatives is a necessity. This position must be able to provide leadership and mentoring to the admissions team. Candidates must have a demonstrated ability to efficiently and effectively solve problems, and to initiate and implement projects independently. Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to represent the University are essential. A working knowledge of a recruitment information management system is desired. Understanding of social media desired.  A valid driver’s license is required. Travel and evening/weekend hours required.
