Description of Duties:
Working as part of the college's institutional research team, the enrollment analyst's primary responsibility is to provide leadership in data gathering/analysis in support of the college's enrollment management efforts. Analyst will focus on such things as enrollment planning and forecasting, enrollment modeling, financial aid leveraging, and retention/graduation analysis. Analyst must be prepared to join work on enrollment projections with ongoing efforts of university planning and budgeting. The analyst must possess exceptional statistical and data-presentation/interpretation skills. The analyst will also support the Office's general institutional reporting duties as needed. The incumbent will report to the Director of the Office of Research, Analysis, & Planning (RAP) and work in close collaboration with the Assistant VP for Enrollment Management and the rest of The College's enrollment management team and with the Dean of the Graduate School.

Required Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in statistics or related, quantitative, research-intensive field (e.g., social sciences) from an accredited institution. 2. Expertise in multivariate statistical analysis of various kinds, predictive modeling using linear/logistic regression, etc. High level technical skills and advanced practical experience with data management, analysis, and reporting software. 3. At least one year work-related experience in higher education or a social science field performing statistical analysis. Would also consider such work experience in industry, nonprofit, or government settings. 4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly a demonstrated ability to distill and convey research findings clearly to multiple audiences. 5. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects; work both as part of a team and independently; ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines; all while maintaining the highest standard of research.

Preferred Qualifications:
ABD or Ph.D. in statistics or related, quantitative, research- intensive field from an accredited institution. Three or more years experience in statistical analysis, preferably in higher education, but would consider those from industry, nonprofit, or government settings. Broad understanding and current knowledge of enrollment trends and issues in higher education.
