Postdoctoral Research Associate/The Center for Democratic Politics
Position Summary: The Center for the Study of Democratic Politics, a program in the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University, invites applications for a Postdoctoral Research Associate. Applications are welcome from recent PhDs.
The Research Associate will be asked to participate in studies of political motivations and abilities of ordinary citizens. The individual will work on a variety of projects which may include analysis of multi-country panel survey data and development of an original survey.
The position is offered for one year, with the possibility of renewal, contingent upon funding and satisfactory performance.

Essential Qualifications: The successful candidate will have a strong background in quantitative research and statistical methods, and knowledge of research on political behavior. Experience with complex survey data (panel or multilevel) and programming skills in STATA are highly desirable. The candidate should be well organized, flexible, attend to detail, and respond to deadlines in a timely fashion.
