Otterbein University, a comprehensive liberal arts institution in the suburban Columbus area, invites applications for a tenure track position in vertebrate physiology and anatomy. We are seeking a broadly trained biologist who is comfortable teaching biology majors and nursing students for a position beginning Fall 2014.
Responsibilities: teach A&P and Pathophysiology to nursing students and upper level electives to biology majors. We are seeking an outstanding candidate with a commitment to teaching in the liberal arts context and the ability to integrate undergraduate premedical students into an active research program. A strong publication record and evidence of teaching effectiveness will be important in the selection process.
Qualifications: Ph.D. or M.D. with research and teaching experience is required.
