OSU – Oklahoma City, located in the heart of Oklahoma City, is looking for an Online Services for Students/Activity Coordinator – Title III (Grant Funded).

Job Summary:
Coordinates the OSU-OKC Online College Services to Students including the design/development, process/procedures, piloting, evaluation/measurement, modification and institutionalization of online services to students and support documents as identified within the Title III grant. Works closely with Information Services, Student Services, Library and other campus areas in facilitating the identified and requested online services to students and online research resources into actual implementation, and/or translating and articulating identified needs to Information Services’ personnel for implementation. Interacts with campus staff, faculty and students through training events and measurements of effectiveness during pilot and institutionalization phase of all online services to students.

Salary: $45,427 annually with a generous benefits package

Requirements include:
* Bachelor's degree in higher education, student services or related field
* Minimum three years’ experience working in student services or related area in higher education
* Minimum three years in a Project Management role
* Experience coordinating multi-discipline teams; i.e. staff, faculty, students
* Experience developing, implementing, establishing online services to students in an educational setting
* Awareness of evaluation, measurement and curriculum development as it relates to online services to students
* Experience training staff, faculty and/or students in online practices
* Ability to coordinate the development and subsequent stages of implementation as applicable to varying online services to students; i.e. Advisement, Admissions, Financial Aid, Tutoring, etc.
* Ability to actively listen to students, faculty and staff, as they describe their desired outcome, then either implements strategies needed to achieve the outcome; or translates identified needs/desired outcome from students, faculty and staff to Information Services’ personnel for achievement of outcome
* Strong technology skills including working knowledge of databases.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to translate and articulate student, faculty and staff needs to Information Services’ personnel
* Strong analytical skills
* Knowledge of electronic library resources

Preferred Qualifications:
* Master’s degree in higher education, student services, or related field
* Five years experience working in student services or related area in higher education
