Northern Arizona University (NAU) seeks applicants for two separate Associate Director positions within the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid. These two positions will function within an enrollment management environment at the University. Both positions will provide leadership, direction, supervision, training and evaluation for their respective areas. The Associate Director of Client Services will also coordinate federal/state/institutional programs, outreach programs, front-line operations, call center, two extension offices and the Personal Learning Division as it relates to financial aid. The Associate Director of Operations and Technology will also be responsible for system support, file downloads, grants and loan processing, document imaging, auditing and report writing.
Minimum Qualifications: Both positions require a Master’s degree and a minimum of three years of financial aid experience supervising, training, and evaluating professional staff or a Bachelor’s degree with five years of financial aid experience. Preferred qualifications include proficiency in the use of PeopleSoft Student Administration software, experience working with federal software such as NSLDS, COD, etc., excellent supervisory and organizational skills, excellent presentation and communication skills, knowledge of higher education issues, strong team orientation, and experience in evaluating, testing and training on new software functionality or processes.
Annual Salary: Dependent on experience.
