The Project Coordinator for Graduate Campuses will work collaboratively to provide outstanding project management to the Graduate Campus System initiative. The primary focus of this position is to ensure quality program delivery and excellent communication among faculty, staff and administrators, both in Boston and off-site.
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Graduate Campuses, the Project Coordinator will coordinate many logistical aspects that contribute to smooth delivery of graduate degree programs in multiple locations. Working in partnership with a team of senior academic administrators, academic program managers, and staff members both on campus and off-site, the Project Coordinator will assist in supporting the operations, marketing and recruiting, enrollment systems, and regulatory compliance efforts that the Graduate Campus initiative requires.
The Project Coordinator for Graduate Campuses will also build and maintain relationships with key administrators on campus, and prepare reports and academic program updates for team members.
Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of related experience required, preferably in Higher Ed; Master’s degree preferred. This position requires knowledge of strategic planning, academic program administration, and familiarity with the state authorization regulatory compliance environment. Excellent analytical, writing, presentation, and project management skills are required, as well as the ability to prioritize and organize projects to meet deadlines. Must be able to work well with many constituencies: faculty, academic coordinators, and program offices from Deans to support staff. Teamwork and strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential. Strong Microsoft Office skills required. Overnight travel required.
