The Graduate Programs Coordinator of the Network Science PhD program will provide overall administrative management of the interdisciplinary graduate program in Network Science offered by the College of Science, the College of Computer and Information Science, the College of Social Sciences & Humanities, the D’Amore-McKim School of Business, and Bouvé College of Health Sciences, with the goal of creating a rigorous yet supportive learning environment designed to foster student success. They will manage the Biotechnology program with the Academic Director to provide a quality program with national reputation. They will be expected to identify program priorities and opportunities for improvement, working with the Academic Directors and Co-op Coordinators to implement. Will manage and coordinate daily operations, oversee curriculum review, course offerings, and scheduling. Advises students and manages the admissions process for the program. They will also be responsible for budget management, marketing, and communications for the programs.
Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred in business administration, management, and/or communications. Minimum of five years of administrative/supervisory experience is preferred. Must have excellent interpersonal, relational, analytical, organizational, and systems management skills in addition to basic computer and database maintenance skills. Must have the ability to work independently and manage individuals.
