Manage the curriculum requirements review process. Work with Associate deans and department personnel/faculty to define support of curriculum requirements and changes. Communicate records and registration issues related to degree audit with central academic and advising areas. Support development of and recommend processes and procedures to ensure that progress toward degree can be measured and reported for all students. Encode/program the degree audit system with program requirements submitted by faculty and departments. Problem solve regarding system programming and information processing. Manage the dissemination of audit information and calendars for related processes. Supervise 2 Assistant Registrars coordinating updating and collection of audit and transfer credit information. Requires excellent administrative and system skills. Analytical skills and attention to detail required. Knowledge of and familiarity with degree audit systems and curriculum support. Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s preferred. 5-8 years related experience in higher education or related field.
Bachelor’s Degree Required. Master’s preferred.
5-8 years in related experience, Higher Education preferred.
Ability to analyze complex problems and translate into new system requirements, processes and procedures.
Excellent system analysis skills.
Knowledge of curriculum issues and degree audit information.
Attention to detail.
Report development skills.
Understanding of system programming requirements and concepts.
