Position Summary:

The Associate Director of Athletics Leadership Gifts will help advance the mission of Northeastern University and the athletics department by planning, organizing, and implementing initiatives to increase leadership gifts from alumni and friends. This position will work closely with the Athletics Development team in developing and implementing strategies to achieve Athletics fundraising goals. The position will also focus on Athletics alumni relations and special events.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree; minimum 4-6 years experience in fundraising, marketing or sales; proven ability to positively and effectively interact with a variety of constituents; strong oral and written communications skills; strong interest in aligning personal goals with department goals; proven ability to utilize innovation and creativity. Preferred: Experience working in intercollegiate athletics; Master’s degree
