Under the direction of the Associate Registrar, implement the curriculum requirements review process and updating for the catalog. Communicate records and registration issues related to degree audit with academic and advising personnel. Assist advisors with student course exceptions. Encode/program the degree audit system with program requirements submitted by faculty and departments. Problem solve regarding audit programming and information processing. Coordinate the dissemination of audit information and implementation of calendars for related processes. Requires excellent administrative and system skills. Analytical skills and attention to detail required.
Bachelor’s Degree Required.
3-6 years in related experience, Higher Education preferred.
Ability to analyze complex problems and translate into new system requirements, processes and procedures.
Knowledge of curriculum issues and degree audit information.
Attention to detail.
Report development skills.
Understanding of system programming requirements and concepts.
