Director of Institutional Advancement

Job Responsibilites: Primary oversight of areas that include Institutional Research and Effectiveness, Institutional Planning, Foundation Support, Alumni Association, Public Relations and Marketing. The director will report directly to the President and serve as a member of the president's administrative cabinet.

SBTCE Minimum Requirements: A master's degree and one (1) year supervisory or managerial experience in a planning, research, or statistical setting; or a bachelor's degree and three (3) years supervisory or managerial experience in a planning, research or statistical setting.

Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree plus five (5) years experience that include PR/Marketing, foundation support, technology application skills, and a working knowledge of institutional research and effectiveness, Community/Technical College experience preferred. Good communication and team leadership skills. Creative thinking and good planning skills a plus.
