Administrative Assistant III
The Administrative Assistant III will report to the Associate Dean of College of Management and Business, and will be responsible for working with colleagues to schedule and staff courses in accordance with College and University policies; collect, analyze and maintain data that supports the College’s assessment program; maintain the CMB database, and support the faculty and instructional activities of the College.
DUTIES: Specific responsibilities will include: Design and recommend to the Associate Dean term-based and corporate (cohort-based) course schedules that optimize use of College assets and meet student needs; Complete Banner and CMB database entries; Collect, compile and provide end-of course evaluations and end-of program surveys to the Dean, Associate Dean, program chairs and instructors, monitoring feedback for quality assurance; Maintain the CMB database and generate reports as needed; Provide Dean and Associate Dean with ad hoc reports on scheduling and staffing matters; Work with the Registrar’s Office and bookstore to ensure that book orders are submitted in a timely fashion and received by students in a timely fashion; Support College assessment of student learning; Maintain CMB template file and assist faculty with template access as needed. Other duties as requested by the Associate Dean or Dean.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum 5 years of office and administrative experience; Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Access, Excel) and with basic statistical tools; Experience working in college or university setting preferred.
