Marietta College is an independent, selective, coeducational, residential, liberal arts college of 1,600 graduate and undergraduate students located in the historic river city of Marietta, Ohio. Marietta College is seeking qualified applicants for the full-time position of Assistant Professor of Sports Medicine/Athletic Trainer. Requirements for the position include teaching in a CAATE accredited Athletic Training Program, providing Athletic Training coverage for athletic teams, supervision and instruction of athletic training students during clinical rotations, and academic advising of athletic training students.
Minimum qualifications include a Masters Degree, 2 years experience as a BOC certified athletic trainer, and Ohio licensure in Athletic Training. Prior teaching experience in an athletic training program is preferred.
Starting date is 8/1/14.
