LSCS is leading the way in creating programs that prepare students to meet the challenges of a global and technological society.

Lone Star College - Systems Office

Systems Admin II- Altiris Svcs (#9537) SO

Job Functions;
Coordinates system-wide implementation of new modules for Altiris Total Management Suite.
Implements and manages system IT asset management solution standards and Configuration Management Database.
Coordinates related imaging, patch management, risk analysis, application management, and compliance processed.
Assists with training needs and assists with training program for all levels of IT staff.
Provides operational support of LSC Altiris infrastructure.
Audits data and works with campuses to ensure and resolve compliance with LSCS software, hardware, and reporting policies.
Creates reports based on Key Performance Indications and CMS executive dashboards; troubleshoots any issues related to reporting.
Responsible for other reasonable, related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications;
High school diploma and at least 2 years of related work experience with system application.

Salary;
Commensurate with education and experience
