Manager, Student Outreach and Recruitment (#12740 ) CF
Directs and implements a comprehensive system of training for college managers and administrators to implement system-wide student recruitment initiatives.
Provide advice and assistance to Administration on creation and implementation of services to meet the needs of students.
Develops and implements marketing strategies and targeted recruitment populations, especially under-served populations.
Selects, trains, evaluates, and supervises Outreach and Recruitment department staff.
Assists in developing budget for area; provides oversight for ensuring all system guidelines are followed for all expenditures, including new equipment; leads preparation of appropriate proposals.
Maintains a system and database for tracking prospective students beginning at the initial contact, through follow-up, until enrollment.
Collects and analyzes enrollment, demographic, and other data in relation to activities and services as they pertain to enrollment. Provides a population analysis used in determining the targeted recruitment efforts; analyzes enrollment trends.
Evaluates data to determine recruitment program outcomes and effectiveness; prepares reports, materials and formal presentations for program use and implementation.
Establishes and maintains relationships with the local independent school districts and community partners; develops relationships within and outside the college system to develop and sustain student recruitment and outreach partnerships.
Organizes, creates, and distributes a college-wide schedule of recruitment opportunities and events.
Researches city-wide recruitment opportunities for the college.
Represents LSC-CyFair at community/student outreach events, creates opportunities to bring other LSC-CyFair representatives into the community.
At least three years related work experience.
