Grant Writer (2 positions) (#5315)

Salary:
$45,092 - $50,727/Year

Position Summary:
Under the supervision of the Director of Grant Development, the grant writer is primarily responsible for grant and proposal writing including, identifying resources and grant opportunities that match funding needs, conducting and evaluating research, and working collaboratively with internal and external personnel to develop grant proposals that support the mission and goals of Lone Star College System. The position requires expertise in grant writing, excellent communication skills, experience in needs assessment and analysis, as well as knowledge of LSCS policies and procedures and institutional goals.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field and at least 3 years of experience in grant writing, proposal development, and project development. Experience in electronic submission.
