Founded in 1919, AUC moved to a new 270-acre state-of-the-art campus in New Cairo in 2008. Job Description:

The Department of Psychology welcomes applications for a full-time position in the field of Developmental Psychology, to begin in Fall 2019. The candidate is expected to teach undergraduate and graduate courses related to general psychology, lifespan development, and methodology. The candidate should also conduct research, pursue grant funding, and play an active role in the department, the school, and university service activities.

Requirements:

Candidates should hold a PhD or equivalent in Developmental Psychology or a related field. Successful candidates should have an ongoing program of research and publication, have strong leadership capability or potential, and skills or potential in high quality teaching. Candidates with research interests that are relevant to the region and show intradisciplinary or interdisciplinary links are preferred.
